Delete Your Account
You can easily delete your All Seeing Eye account and all related personal data. Use one of the methods below to submit your request.
In 3 Simple Steps
The fastest route — your request is processed within 7 business days.
Send an email to the address below
From your registered email address, clearly state your deletion request.
Include the following in your message
Subject: "Account Deletion Request — All Seeing Eye"
Body should include:
- Your registered username / email address
- Your organization / company name
- Confirmation that you want to delete both your account and all related data
Wait for confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email when your request is received. Your account and data will be deleted within 7 business days at the latest, and you will receive a closure email.
Delete from the Mobile App
You can also delete your account directly inside the mobile app.
Open your Profile
In the mobile app, tap the Profile icon in the top right.
Go to Settings → Account
Select Settings → Account → Delete My Account.
Confirm the deletion
Enter your password to confirm. After confirmation, your account and all data are permanently deleted within 30 days; if you log in during that window, the deletion is cancelled.
Data Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following is permanently removed:
- User profile information (name, surname, email, phone, ID, role)
- Account credentials (username, password hash)
- Location history and movement data
- Task records, notes and uploaded photos
- Push notification and device tokens
- In-app preferences and settings
The following may be retained for a limited period due to legal obligations:
- Financial records: Up to 10 years per tax legislation (if applicable)
- Legal proceeding records: Until conclusion of the related case
- Security logs: Up to 1 year under KVKK / GDPR (anonymized)
Apart from these exceptions, no personal data is retained on Intelevo's servers or backups.
