Privacy Policy

Intelevo IT Services ("we", "Intelevo") respects the privacy of your personal data. This Privacy Policy describes how your personal data is processed when you use the All Seeing Eye mobile application and the related web platform (the "App"), in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Account Information

• First name, last name, corporate email address
• Employee/user ID and role
• Password (stored only in salted, hashed, irreversible form)
• Phone number (if provided by your organization)

2.2 Location Data

To deliver the core service, we collect location data only during working hours and while you are on duty:

• Precise (GPS) and approximate (Wi-Fi / cellular) location
• Location timestamp, speed and route information
• Background location data (only during an active task)
• Geofence entry/exit events

2.3 Device and Usage Data

• Device model, OS version, language settings
• App version, session duration, interaction events
• IP address, network connection type
• Crash reports and technical diagnostics

2.4 Task and Content Data

• Assigned tasks, completion status, notes
• Optionally uploaded photos (for task verification)
• Signatures and customer acknowledgment during tasks

3. How We Use Your Data

• Service delivery: Operating field tracking, task management and reporting
• Security: Account safety and detection of unauthorized access
• Communication: Service-related notifications and support requests
• Improvement: Measuring and improving app performance
• Legal compliance: Meeting applicable regulatory obligations

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Limited sharing may occur as follows:

• Your employer (customer organization): Authorized administrators of the organization that provisioned your account
• Service providers: Cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Azure, AWS), push notification services (Apple Push, Firebase) — under contractual obligations
• Legal authorities: Upon court order or legal obligation

5. Data Retention

6. Data Security

We protect your data with industry-standard measures:

• End-to-end encrypted transport (HTTPS, TLS 1.2+)
• AES-256 server-side encryption at rest
• Bcrypt-hashed password storage
• Regular security audits and penetration tests
• Access controls and audit logs

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR Articles 15–22 and KVKK Article 11, you have the right to:

• Access your data and request a copy
• Request rectification of inaccurate data
• Request erasure of your data
• Object to or restrict processing
• Portability of your data
• Object to automated decision-making

9. Children's Privacy

All Seeing Eye is an enterprise field tracking solution and is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

10. International Data Transfers

Your data is hosted in Türkiye. Through our service providers (Apple iCloud, AWS etc.), limited data may be transferred to EU or US servers for backups or push notifications, with safeguards compliant with GDPR Chapter V and KVKK Article 9.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notice or email. The latest version will always be available on this page.
